200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC) – (One month):
Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) is internationally certified with Yoga Alliance International, USA. After successful completion of this course you will receive the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. You are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance International as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).The main emphasis of this course module are: Breathing, asanas , pranayama, sun-salutation, human anatomy and physiology, diet class , meditation. Yoga sutra of Pathanjali, Bhagavatgeetha, relaxation journey, teaching practice.
300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (ATTC) (One month) (500 Hour, International Yoga Alliance Certification):
Those who have successfully completed the 200 hour YTTC are eligible to register for this course. This course is the combination of 200 hour and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with International Yoga Alliance Certification. This is a comprehensive training designed in accordance with the 500 hour Yoga Alliance guidance.This module highlights on: Advanced theory and practice of asana, astanga yoga theory, geetha , karma yoga, human anatomy and physiology , diet class, relaxation, meditation , teaching practice, relaxation journey etc.

Yoga vacation (Two weeks)
The salient features of this course are: Simple asanas and pranayama, breathing , sun salutation, basic theory of yoga, diet class . Morning yoga practice every day , daily sight-seeing by leisurely walk along the side of the beautiful river /local boating /river bath /paddy field visit /visit to the Vaikom beach.
Yoga vacation (one week)
This module includes: Daily morning practice of simple asanas, breathing exercises, simple pranayama, basic theory of yoga, sun salutation. Thereafter, leisurely walk along the side of the beautiful river/local boating /River bath /Paddy field visit /Vaikom beach visit.
Yoga and Ayurveda vacations.
This module includes: After the daily early morning practice of yoga , we provide ayurvedic consultation and treatment with genuine ayurvedic medicines under the direct supervision of specialist ayurvedic doctors . We also provide scientific ayurvedic massage using herbal oil, panchakarma, if necessary on request. The ayurvedic treatment , rejuvenate the body and mind and also help to prevent as well as cure all kinds of diseases.Daily sight-seeing, walk along the side of the beautiful river / local boating /river bath /paddy field visit /vaikom beach visit, are also included in the package

Ayurveda & Acupressure Therapy
All the universal objects originated from Hiranya-garbha , the divine energy who is considered to be the original father of all the creations . From this divine energy sky, air, fire, water and earth , called panchabhuta originated. From the panchabhuta, akasha(sky) and air joined together to form Vata, agni and water joined together to form Pita, water and earth joined together to form Kapha. All the activities of our bodies are controlled by these “Tridoshas” ie. Vata , Pita,and Kapha, its ratio is decided by heredity and it should be constant.
Vata has five sub-divisions ie; Prana , apana , samana , udana and vyana . Each has its specific duties and seating . Vata is connected with nervous system and vital energy. Pita also has five sub divisions ; pachaka , ranjaka , sadhaka , alochaka and bhrachaka , each has its specific duties and seating. It is connected with metabolism, heat, digestion etc. Kapha also has five subdivision ie.; kledaka , avalambaka, bhodaka , tarpaka and shleshaka, each has its specific duties and seating, and is connected with structure and moistness.
Our life style, food habits and negative thoughts tension etc. disturb the tridosha balance and create toxinin the body. Our past “samskara” create present life , and present “samskara” create future life . Samskara means sum total of thoughts emotion and action .For perfect health total flushing out of these toxins is essential, for which ayurveda is using various types of massages, panchakarma etc. After cleansing, energizing and balancing the body using various types of herbal medicines ,oils etc. Ayurveda and yoga balancing the the vata ,pita and kapha in the subtle level and turning the body and mind close to nature.
Acupressure Therapy
This therapy is originated in India. It is a part of ayurveda. According to this therapy our body and mind controlled by prana . The channel of this force is called ‘meridians’. Any blocks in this meridian distract the flow of energy and manifest diseases . About 900 points located in our body act as switches to clear the channels , W.H.O. accepted this therapy as scientific.Magneto Therapy
We are living in a universal magnetic field. In this universe every object has magnetic properties. It controls the activity of all human cells. When the negative and positive energy circulate properly our body functions properly. Any blocks in the proper flow of this energy results in pain and diseases. It can be regulated by using various types and kinds of permanent and electro magnets along with acupressure therapy, resulting in the disappearance of the disease.Diet
Our body is built up from the nutrients in the food. These nutrients are to be received from the intake of a balanced diet that are rich in vitamins, proteins, minerals, and micro-nutrients. Though most of the food items we take are a rich source of the above essential elements, the processing of the food before intake result in loss of most of the essential nutrients. This results in deficiency diseases especially to children, though enough quantity of food is being ingested. So the quality of food is to be given more importance rather than the quantity. A prime example is the junk foods that have become a fad among the youth of the present generation with the resultant life-style diseases like obesity, diabetes, hypertension and even some of the mental diseases. This shows the importance of a proper diet regime in our daily life.
For guidance, we can look towards the time-tested Indian System of Medicine(ISM), the Ayurveda. This system adheres to a simple philosophy that if we lead a life compatible to the ‘Mother Nature’ and natural forces, no afflictions will affect us. This way of life was followed by the ‘Rishis’ and ‘Yogis’ of ancient India from time immemorial and they were known to have led a healthy life with full of vigor and vitality even at the fag-end of their existence. Ayurveda insists on certain cardinal principles in ones daily diet; the constituents of different diets according to the age, the quantity and time of food intake, avoidance of antagonizing food items in a single meal, the items of food that are to be taken raw and semi-cooked etc, etc. This diet regime is found to rejuvenate our body and release the ‘vital force’ required to fight the disease germs that are constantly trying to invade our system.
